Just a stone's throw from the city centre and the famous Avenue de Champagne and only a 5-minute walk from Epernay train station (direct TER to Paris in 1 hour 15 minutes and Reims in 30 minutes), enjoy the peace and authenticity of this charming residence.

Upon arrival, park easily in our private parking spaces or reserve your rental vehicle just opposite the house (advance booking recommended) and let yourself be seduced by the charm of the moldings, fireplaces, stained glass windows and parquet floors.

Enjoy a glass of champagne in the shaded garden and savor a convivial dinner in the large dining room, then relax in the comfortable art deco lounge.

With 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, your loved ones will enjoy privacy and comfort where everyone has their own space.

Located on the first floor of the house, this family suite consists of 2 connecting double bedrooms:

• The Mineral Room has 2 single beds (90x200cm) which can be pushed together to make a large double bed and a bathroom adjoining the room with shower and WC.
• The Fruity Room has a large double bed (160x200cm). The private bathroom and toilet are located on the landing opposite the room.

These two rooms are adjoining and each have their own access from the landing.

- Homemade breakfast served every morning on the family dining table from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Sunday mornings.
- Check-in between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Check-out before 10:30 a.m.
- No television

Located on the first floor of the house, La Chambre Minérale is ideal for accommodating 2 people as it has 2 single beds that can be joined to make a large double bed.

Spacious and bright, in natural and soothing tones of taupe beige, this room has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

With its original oak parquet flooring, marble fireplace, refined ceiling moldings and large windows that flood the spaces with natural light, it offers a cozy and chic ambiance, perfect for a stay for two.
