- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE -
This document is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in bed and breakfasts or gîtes.
We are committed to personally welcoming our clients with all the necessary attention to facilitate their stay and their understanding of the region.
The provision of household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in the price of the service, it can be renewed weekly upon request of the client.
The premises are cleaned before arrival and offered weekly for stays longer than 1 week.
Breakfast is provided and included in the bed and breakfast rate. For cottage rentals, breakfast can be requested by the client and will be subject to an additional charge.
These terms and conditions of sale are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts under the general rules of law, and apply exclusively to all bookings made on the website or directly with the owner. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale and confirm that you are over eighteen years of age and have the legal capacity to make and pay for your booking.
Article 1: Length of stay
The customer makes a reservation for a fixed period and may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.
Article 2: Prices, reservations and payments:
Booking bed and breakfast
- For all reservations, your bank card is registered as a guarantee and will be requested at the time of booking.
- The balance will be payable on arrival by credit card or cash.
Booking the entire house / cottage
- A 50% deposit will be required upon confirmation of your reservation and the remaining 50% will be automatically debited 15 days before your arrival.
The booking price is based on the number of people, the number of nights, and the dates entered by the customer at the time of booking. The total booking price is expressed in euros on your confirmation and on the screen at the time of payment and includes all applicable taxes at the time of booking. These taxes are subject to change depending on current legislation (provided that such changes were not publicly available at the time of booking). Any additional products or services selected when making your reservation may also be added to the total value of your booking. The price displayed and paid online does not include any additional charges and costs incurred by you during your stay.
On site, payment for additional services is made at the end of the stay directly to the owner; accepted payment methods are credit cards and cash.
Article 3: Security Deposit
Upon the Client's arrival at the premises, the Host requires a security deposit of €500. After a joint inspection of the premises upon departure, this deposit is returned, less any deductions for the cost of repairs if damage is found.
Article 4: Availability
In the event of an availability error, we will inform you of such an error as soon as possible and immediately refund all payments received for this reservation. In the very rare event that we are unable to provide you with the temporary accommodation corresponding to the description and conditions stated in your confirmation, we will offer you alternative arrangements. If the price of the alternative arrangements offered is lower than the price advertised on the website, the difference will be refunded. If the price of the alternative arrangements is higher than the price advertised on the website, the property will cover any resulting price difference.
Article 5: Arrivals and Departures
We welcome you between 3pm and 6:30pm. Late arrival is possible until 9pm. We would appreciate it if you could send us a message or call us about 30 minutes before your arrival to ensure we are home to greet you.
Departures must take place before 10:30 am to allow us time to prepare the rooms for our next guests.
Check-in and check-out times are specified in your confirmation. You must arrive on the date and at the time indicated on the contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, you must notify the owner. If you wish to arrive outside the hours indicated in your booking confirmation, please confirm your arrival time directly with the property. If your arrival exceeds the check-in deadline stated on your confirmation, and without prior agreement with the property, the property has the right to cancel your reservation for the entire stay and to demand payment of the cancellation penalties stipulated in your confirmation.
Article 6: Amendment and Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 31 days before your arrival.
If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel between 14 and the day of your arrival, you will not receive a refund.
In case of early departure, the full cost of the stay remains due.
Cancellation by the owner: If the owner cancels the stay before its start, they must inform the tenant by telephone or email at least 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Without prejudice to any claims for compensation for damages incurred, the client will be reimbursed for all sums paid within 8 days. The tenant will not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
Article 7: Included and additional services
Any additional services and expenses not mentioned in this contract will be payable to the owner at the end of the stay.
Article 8: Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then forwards it to the public treasury.
The tourist tax, collected by the municipality, is set by the municipality. The tourist tax is €0.80 per person per night.
Article 9: Use of the premises
To ensure the peace and quiet of the premises and your comfort, you agree to respect the rules of conduct outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose.
Parties and any noise disturbances after 10 p.m. are not allowed.
The entire house is non-smoking.
Eating food in the rooms is prohibited.
The shared spaces, such as the kitchen and living rooms, are available to guests free of charge, and guests are asked to clean and/or tidy them after use.
Minors on the property are under the sole and full responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
Please do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. The macerator toilets cannot process sanitary products, wipes, or condoms.
The client agrees to return the rooms / house in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically report – and financially assume – any damage for which they are responsible.
Article 10: Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner may refuse entry to the additional guests or apply a supplement per person in the case of a bed and breakfast reservation. This refusal cannot under any circumstances be considered a modification or breach of contract initiated by the owner, and therefore, if more guests than were refused leave, no refund will be issued.
Article 11: Animals
Pets are not allowed in our accommodation. Failure to comply with this clause cannot under any circumstances be considered as a modification or breach of contract initiated by the owner, so that in the event of the client's departure, no refund can be considered.
Article 12: Claims and Disputes
All complaints must be sent by registered mail with return receipt requested to
